General Shareholders' Meeting
HIDROITUANGO S.A. is the company that owns the most important energy project in the country, the Ituango Hydroelectric Power Plant. Our partners are IDEA (50.74%), the Government of Antioquia (2.14%), EPM (46.3%) and a group of minority shareholders (0.86%). The company's highest management body is the General Meeting of Shareholders.
